We are a Service and Solutions provider and our domain is "virtual"
which is everywhere. Whether at an enterprise or at an individual
level, there is always a lot of value in "virtual". The
challenge here for us is to effectively communicate and deliver
these values to our customers.
At Flexi Resources, the focus is on enhancing the quality of work life
for its employees on a continuous basis. The general organisation culture
is of an informal nature since it essentially consists of a relatively
small but young team of professionals. The company aims at creating
an ambience where individual growth is inspired by organisational
growth through positive reinforcements.
We consist of 3 teams – Consulting Group, Data Management
and Support Management.
